Are the heads interchangeable?
Dolls’ heads without heat and sound features are interchangeable with each other. However, those that have either of these features are not. Interchanging these heads will result in the loss of sound and heating.

What’s the difference between the built-in and removable vaginas?
Both have the same feeling and appearance although built-in vaginas are more robust and should last longer. Removable vaginas, however, are easier to clean.

What are the free options?
Skin color, wigs, eye color, and nails are free options that we provide. Further options such as additional wigs, eyes, or inserts, standing and hanging options, and articulated fingers are paid extras.

What else do I get with my doll?

What happens after I place my order?

Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email. We will then start the magical process of creating your new love doll. When your love doll is on her way, we will send you a tracking number so you can track her progress.

How long does it take ?

From the moment you decide to bring a love doll into your life and place that order, it takes about 15 days to get her to your front door.

Once you receive your confirmation email that means that we have started the process. It takes about 10 business days to bring your doll to life and then at least 5 business days to get her to your front door.

Can you ship anywhere ?

We ship worldwide, but due to local restrictions, we cannot ship to Islamic countries or India.

If you place an order from a country which forbids the import of love dolls, we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss.

Will the shipping company know it’s a love doll ?

No way ! The only person that will know what is inside the box is you. We pride ourselves on customer service, and your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

Can you ship to remote areas ?

Yes of course. We use DHL and FedEx, and they assure us that once you have a shipping address, they can deliver.

What if I don’t want it delivered to my home ?

If this is the case, we can inform FedEx and DHL that you will pick it up from their facility. Just make sure to bring your tracking number with you.
